Hey I'm a nerd and blog about nerd stuff, so I thought I'd share it here. My newest post is about
markdown editors and I just finished it a few minutes ago. I've also talked about
Arch linux and
a random game I like. It's very tech focused cause that tends to be what interests me, but it's really for whatever's on my mind I want to share. If you have a blog too, let me know!

This blog is super neat. Thanks for sharing!
It's a shame Obsidian didn't work out, but I can see how the mind map stuff can be overwhelming. I fully ignored that when I used it. Otherwise it was my favorite text editor. The only reason I moved off of it was because I wanted something web based so that I wouldn't have to manage my data. I landed on Cryptee and I've been happy with it.

Seeing Bean Dreams again is amazing. I ALSO played that game when I was super young, and the side of me that loves bouncy, colorful worlds just fell in love. Probably the most fun I'd ever had with a mobile game, really bringing a whole layer of dimensions with its simplistic controls. I tried to 100% that game back when I first had it, and I was seriously bummed when I saw it had vanished from the App Store a few years later. Seeing a response to it now brings me a lot of joy. I really hope I get to see Bean Dreams and Bean's Quest again, it will absolutely make my whole year... Love this blog!!!

Thank you! I could have used Obsidian like that, but once I found Deepdwn I was sold cause it is a really nice editor. I've been considering setting up some sort of owncloud or similar which would be nice cause I could probably just save to a folder that gets synced and not have to worry too much about data management.

Omg it's really cool to hear that, I love Bean lol. I would love to see it return at some point, but since I'm a game developer I've also been considering making some sort of spiritual successor to it as a future project in case it doesn't. Glad you like the blog too! :D
